1. How long does it take to get my board. 

Typically it takes about 5-7 days to design, print, and then ship your board. This depends on demand, and if there are fewer boards in the queue, it can take as little as a day or two. Logo only boards take about 1-2 days. If you need rush service, please order a board using the rush service add on. 

2. Will you make a board with a logo not already in your database?

Yes! We offer a full custom option. 

3. Why does the board say avoid direct heat and extended sunlight?

The board is made of high quality PLA+ plastic. It will warp slightly if exposed to heat from a space heater or fireplace. A hot car in summer can get hot enough to slightly warp the plastic. 130F is the temperature where the board may warp. Normal use in sunlight (e.g., on the beach or on a hike) will not be a problem. Leaving the board on your deck in the summer for days might slightly warp the board. If your board is damaged, you can order a low cost replacement here.

4. What is the card upgrade? 

The standard order comes with Maverick Jumbo playing cards. The card upgrade include Bicycle Standard playing cards.
